• You may choose your plan as per your goal and current medical condition. For more guidance, feel free to reach out to us over WhatsApp.

• Once you have paid the fees for your selected plan, kindly allow us some time and remain patient. We will get back to you with confirmation and relevant further details.

• Our plans are medically designed, sustainable, and result-oriented, yet we do not guarantee results. Results completely depend on an individual’s metabolism and strictness maintained while following a diet plan or workout routine.

• For best results, we expect you to follow your diet plans and workout routines as suggested.

• Our working hours are strictly between 11 AM IST to 7 PM (Indian Standard Time).

• All Sundays will be non-working days.

• Any queries raised outside working hours will be resolved back during working hours.

• All queries will be resolved via WhatsApp Chat only under the guidance of Richa Ma’am.

• We have fixed slots every month and hence we cannot start your plan on any random date. Slots are based on a first come first serve basis.

• After enrolling, you will receive your plan only one day prior based on your slot allotted.

• To track your progress, please share daily meal photos and weekly weight updates. Failure to do so will delay future meal plans until updates are provided.

• Clients are responsible for providing daily meal pictures and weekly weight updates. Please note that we won’t be calling to remind you to adhere to your routine.

• Please notify us via WhatsApp Chat for any adjustments needed in the provided diet plan; we’ll promptly make the necessary changes.

• Due to the focus on results in your diet, customization options will be limited, and not all cuisines can be substituted according to your preferences.

• Clients can schedule call consultations with Richa ma’am twice a month after enrollment, but appointments must be made in advance.

• Once you are enrolled with us, our services are considered to be redeemed.

• Amount once paid is Non-refundable and Non-transferable, kindly do not ask for a refund.

• In case you are not able to continue with the plan, we will hold your plan which can be then resumed within the coming 6 months (applicable only in case of any unavoidable circumstances).

• We prioritize a respectful and positive workplace environment. Any clients using abusive language or disrespecting our team members may have their plan canceled immediately by Richa Fitness Lab Pvt. Ltd., without refund.
